Investment Options

• National Transformation Fund Contribution
  • Non-refundable contribution starting from USD $235,000 for a single applicant or qualifying family of up to four
• Approved Project Investment
  • Investment starting from USD $270,000 in a government-approved project
  • Minimum government contribution of USD $50,000 and applicable fees
  • Investment must generally be retained for at least five years

     

Applicant Eligibility

The principal applicant must be at least 18, have a clean personal background, demonstrate a lawful source of funds and satisfy health, security and due-diligence requirements.

Family Eligibility

Eligible dependants may include a spouse, dependent children, parents, grandparents and qualifying unmarried siblings, subject to applicable fees and requirements.

Comprehensive Due Diligence

Applicants undergo identity, criminal-record, security, source-of-funds and wealth, business-history and medical checks, together with a mandatory interview.

Application Process

Applications must be submitted through an authorised agent and generally proceed through document preparation, government review, due diligence, interview, approval, investment completion and passport issuance.

Processing Times

Processing generally takes approximately three to six months, although additional verification may extend the timeline.

Residence Requirements

There is no ongoing physical-residence requirement, and applicants are generally not required to visit Grenada during the process.

U.S. E-2 Treaty Investor Eligibility

Grenadian citizens may separately apply for a U.S. E-2 Treaty Investor Visa by making a substantial investment in a qualifying U.S. business and meeting all U.S. visa requirements.
