Ronit Sharma is the Founder & Managing Director of Immigrant Investor Group Inc. (IIG), an international investment immigration firm specializing in residency and citizenship by investment solutions for individuals, families, and entrepreneurs worldwide.

Ronit holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors from the University of Ottawa, specializing in Finance and International Business. He has also completed the Launching Tech Ventures Certificate from Harvard University, further enhancing his knowledge in entrepreneurship, innovation, technology ventures, and global business development.

During his university studies, Ronit gained valuable experience working with the Government of Canada’s Canadian Human Rights Commission, where he contributed for approximately four years and developed a strong foundation in public service, regulatory environments, and professional client relations.

With over 20 years of experience in financial services and investment immigration, Ronit has built extensive expertise in wealth advisory, international mobility planning, and investor immigration strategy. His professional background includes senior roles with HSBC Bank Canada, where he served as both a Personal Banker and Investment Advisor, as well as experience with Henley & Partners, one of the world’s leading advisory firms in residence and citizenship by investment.

Recognized as a highly experienced Residency and Citizenship Planning Specialist, Ronit works closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and international stakeholders to develop customized strategies aligned with their personal, financial, and global mobility objectives.

In addition to his leadership role at IIG, Ronit is the Founder & Managing Director of Jai Ventures Inc., a venture focused on supporting early-stage startups seeking to launch and expand in Canada. Through Jai Ventures Inc., Ronit provides strategic guidance, business development support, and ecosystem connections to help innovative companies establish a strong foundation for growth in the Canadian market.

Ronit also serves as the Global Director for International Investment Immigration Programs for Immigration Solutions Law Group, providing strategic business development support and guidance to the firm’s international business immigration practice. He also serves as a Strategic Partner for Latitude Residency & Citizenship and a Global Partner with JTH Lawyers Inc., further expanding his international network and expertise in investment immigration solutions.
